Being a conscious eater and knowing there wouldn't be much healthy food there, Heidi and I brought our own bread, milk, eggs, and kombucha. The fact that Heidi was driving her own car helped a great deal. I didn't feel bad about not sharing because most people on the trip didn't even know what kombucha was. :)
Thursday was the last day there, so we had packed all the food back into Heidi's car. For supper on the way home the group was going to stop at Five Guys.
I get carsick very easily in Heidi's car, so I was in the church van. Heidi had the car to herself, so she was doing something else. When we stopped to eat I realize Heidi wasn't coming, and my food was in her car! People graciously offered to buy me something, but like I said before, I am a conscious eater. I do not eat at Five Guys or most other fast food places.
Thankfully, I didn't have all of my stuff in Heidi's car. I did have one of my sketch books and a pencil with me. If I have paper, pencil and something to draw, I will be happy, so while others ate, I sketched.
There are about 10 different things in this picture. I asked 5 people what they were, and I got some answers that were the same and some answers that were different. The boys said more boyish things like a football, and the girls said things like a leaf. For that one object, I like football more than leaf, but there are others that the girls was which the boys did not. It is fun to see what people find.
The picture has no top or bottom, but the computer does not allow that. You can either turn your eyes, turn your head or turn your computer. Which ever best suits you ;) . It also fades some of the lines, but not too badly.
Enjoy, Calli
Here are the things I found (no peeking, Frances!):
ReplyDeleteeye
car
canoe
bottle
banana
glasses
bicycle
baseball cap
tepee looking tent
...and a football :)
I found a bird, a bottle, glasses, and maybe a knife. That's a neat drawing! Are you going to post the "answers" some time?
